% 28.02.2018 Respondents No. 3 to 5 are present in person. They have spoken to their daughter i.e. petitioner No. 1 as also to petitioner No.2. It is stated that their daughter petitioner No. 1 is a minor. As already noted in the last order, this has been disputed by petitioner No.1 who states that she is major and she has produced her Adhaar card in support of her submission.

Be that as it may, this Court notes that on the last date, it had also been recorded that FIR No.0357/2017 has been registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar on the complaint of mother of petitioner No.1 under Section 363 of the IPC. Investigation in that case will continue and the outcome of the same will be informed to the Competent Court where the FIR has been filed.

Status report of the State is also taken on record. This petition is disposed of re-affirming the order dated 29.01.2018.
