% 08.03.2019 CM APPL. No. 10924/2019 (for directions) Mr. Vaibhav Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the inspection of the subject premises as was directed to be conducted on 26.02.2019 by last order dated 18.02.2019, did not take place since officers of the respondent did not show-up at the subject premises, in spite of the petitioner having remained present there.

Accordingly, without disposing of this application, the respondent is first directed to file an affidavit explaining as to why inspection of the subject premises was not conducted on 26.02.2019 as had been directed by order dated 18.02.2019; as also to furnish the names of the officers concerned who were responsible for complying with the order. Let such affidavit be filed before the next date of hearing.

It is further directed that inspection of the subject premises shall now be

conducted positively on 15.03.2019 at 11a.m. and a status report in respect thereof shall be filed before the next date of hearing. 4.

List on 11th April 2019, the date already fixed. 5.

Order be given dasti.
