% 18.04.2016 Ms. Suruchi Aggarwal, Adv appears for the respondent and states that Justice P K Bahri, a retired Judge of this Court has been appointed Arbitrator, for conducting the proceedings under the aegis of Delhi Arbitration Centre.

In view of this statement, I deem it fit to direct the petitioner to file this petition before the learned Arbitrator, which shall henceforth be treated as an application under Sec. 17 of the Act. The respondent would be at liberty to file reply to the petition / application before the learned Arbitrator who would decide the petition / application.

Interim order shall continue till the decision on the application/petition.

This petition stands disposed off.
