Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel representing Respondent No. 2 / Central Board of Secondary Education. 2.

On being pointed out that the averments made in the Writ Petition are absolutely vague, non-specific and omnibus in nature and so is the prayer clause, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with the liberty to seek redressal of his grievances administratively by making a representation containing specific and pointed averments.
