The prime grievance in the present petition is to the effect that police officials of neighbouring State i.e. Uttar Pradesh had barged into the residence of petitioners along with some persons, without informing the local police.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1/State appears on advance notice and refutes the same. He has produced copy of GD No. 45A dated 08.02.2026, recorded on 14:49:32 hours, at PS Sagar Pur and on the strength of the aforesaid GD entry, it is submitted that local police was duly informed in advance and the local police had rather accompanied the concerned police officials of Uttar Pradesh at the relevant time. 3.

In view of the above, no further intervention seems required in the present matter.
