settlement have been detailed in paragraph no.2 of the application. 2.

I have perused the terms of the settlement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 4.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. CS(COMM) 806/2017 5.

In light of the order passed in I.A. 13850/2025 above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid settlement. The settlement application shall form part of the decree.

In light of the settlement above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present rectification petition.
