The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 against the Judgment dated 15.10.2025 (hereinafter referred to as 'Impugned Order') passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-II (hereinafter referred to as 'DRT'), New Delhi in Appeal No.21/2024 titled Shri Sumit Agarwal & Anr. v. Canara Bank, whereby learned DRT has dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner. 4.

already filed an appeal, being Appeal no. 2394/2025, assailing the Impugned Order before the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT). However, the same has not been taken up for hearing and is still pending for adjudication.

In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application with regard to their urgency before the concerned DRAT.

As soon as the application is filed, we expect that the concerned DRAT to consider and decide the said application expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournments. 7.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition along with pending applications, if any, is disposed of.
