2.

Ms. Kaadambari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has every intention to comply with the order but on account of technicalities viz. the validity and applicability of the old Recruitment Rules (RRs) and the draft RRs which have been prepared and sent to UPSC for their approval, there is delay in complying with the impugned order.

3.

She submits that this fact would be brought to the notice of the Tribunal by an application and leave would be sought for extension of time. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. 4.

Taking the statements made on behalf of the petitioner on record, the present writ petition and the pending application are disposed of. G.S.SISTANI, J.
