O R D E R

The present petition has been filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 312/2018 under Sections 452/324/34 IPC registered at Police Station Jahangir Puri. 2.

Notice was issued in this matter vide order dated 23.02.2024. 3.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had assisted her brother in stabbing the victim.

The learned counsel submits that the brother of the petitioner, who was juvenile at the relevant time, has been acquitted by the Juvenile Justice Board.

He further submits that the petitioner is a woman and has already joined investigation in terms of directions given by this Court vide order dated 23.02.2024, which position is not disputed by learned APP, on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court. 6.

The learned APP fairly states that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation and the State is in the process of filing the chargesheet.

The status report filed by the State has been handed over in Court, the same is taken on record.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation and the State is in the process of filing chargesheet, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest, she be released on bail subject to her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that she will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned. 9.

The petition stand disposed of.
