By way of the present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted to the applicant in FIR No.760/2021 under Sections 20/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('NDPS Act') registered at Police Station New Usmanpur, Delhi. 2.

The applicant was granted interim bail by the Roster Bench vide order dated 24th January, 2024, for a period of one month on account of hospitalisation of his wife.

Issue Notice.

Notice is accepted by the learned APP, appearing on behalf of the State.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant's wife is still in the hospital and her condition has not improved. Therefore, he seeks further extension of interim bail for a period of one month. Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating officer (IO), confirms the fact that the applicant's wife is still in the hospital. 7.

In view thereof, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended for a further period of one month, on the same terms and conditions as stated in the order dated 24th January, 2024.

Accordingly, the BAIL APPLN. 669/2024, along with all pending application/s stands disposed of.
