Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that as the matter is pending consideration for framing of charge, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, as may be available to the petitioners, before the Trial Court. 2.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering that the FIR pertains to the year 2007 and petitioner No.1 is aged about 82 years of age, the Trial Court shall make an endeavour to expedite the hearing.
