By the present application, the applicant seeks rectification of the typographical error in the judgment dated 05.12.2024, passed by this Court.

It is pointed out that figure of ₹24,92,110.80/- has been inadvertently mentioned as ₹22,92,110.8/- in Paragraph Nos. 12 & 13 of the judgment dated 05.12.2024.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the amount of ₹22,92,110.8/- mentioned in Paragraph Nos. 12 & 13 of the judgment dated 05.12.2024, is directed to be read as ₹24,92,110.80/-.

It is made clear that the interest would be payable to the petitioner till the disbursal of the amount.

The present application is disposed of the in the aforesaid terms.
