O R D E R

% 27.05.2019 Having heard learned counsels, we are of the considered view that the order passed on 30.08.2018 was only with regard to not permitting NBCC to continue with the construction at the project in Nauroji Nagar. There was no specific direction with regard to the cutting of the trees with regard to any other project, particularly the Sarojini Nagar project, the only direction was that respondent will take further clearance from the Environment Ministry. Further, the Environment Ministry was directed to revisit the issue pertaining to approval and clearance already granted. Taking note of all these and there being no positive mandate, prohibiting cutting trees in any area other than the Nauroji Nagar. We see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter as no contempt is made out in the facts of the case. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
