% 28.01.2020 A status report has been filed by the respondent/North DMC showing a list of 21960 industries to which alternate plots have been allotted by DSIIDC, which was received from Factory Licensing Department of the respondent/North DMC. In the said list, the name of M/s K.N.Industries situated in Gali No.15, Samay Pur, Badli, Delhi has been mentioned at serial No.3832, that has been sealed under the directions of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of 'M.C.Mehta v. Union of India' in the category of Step-I. It further stated that the Supreme Court vide order dated 26.11.2018 directed that none of the industrial units should be allowed to re-open without permission of the Supreme Court. Reliance is placed on the said order dated 26.11.2018.

In view of the above, it would be for the petitioner to take appropriate steps.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take steps as per law. Granting leave

and liberty as above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
