The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the learned ADJ-01(West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in CIV DJ No.9642/2016 titled as "Kamalpreet Kaur Lamba vs. Harminder Singh & Anr.", whereby the application moved by the petitioner under Order VII Rule 14 Civil Procedure Code ("CPC") for bringing on record additional documents was dismissed. The petitioner herein is the plaintiff before the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel submits that by virtue of the present application, he wanted to place on record a judgment wherein the respondents herein were convicted for offence under Section 174A Indian Penal Code ("IPC") passed by the learned ASJ, Jajjhar, Haryana which he was not permitted and the order is perverse to that effect.

After addressing some arguments, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition subject to the liberty that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. he should be allowed to place the judgment on the Trial Court record so that the court may take judicial notice of the same at the relevant stage. 4.

In view of the above, the permission and liberty as prayed for is granted.
