O R D E R

% 16.01.2020 By way of the present petition, petitioner prays for grant of parole for a period of four weeks on the ground of attending the marriage of his brother which is to take place on 21.01.2020. Status report has been filed by the State. Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been filed.

The factum of marriage of brother of the petitioner has also been confirmed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of one week, from the date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of

the Jail Superintendent.

He shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the parole period. Petitioner shall also provide his mobile number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release and shall ensure that his number is not changed. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendant for compliance.
