Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 35224/2022 under Section 379 IPC registered at P.S.: Sarai Rohilla and directing that blacklisted status of vehicle bearing Registration No. DL-2C-AM-8225 be removed.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

registered regarding theft of said vehicle. Consequently, an intimation appears to have been forwarded by the concerned PS to the transport authority for 'blacklisting of car bearing Registration No. DL-2C-AM-8225' due to which the petitioner is unable to sell the car. 4.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from IO, SI Om Prakash, submits that present petition can be treated as representation for carrying the necessary correction and removal of blacklisted status of vehicle bearing Registration No. DL-2C-AM-8225.

Taking the statement of learned APP for the State on record, present petition be treated as a representation for taking the necessary action, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from passing of this order.

Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
