O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 10/2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of six months w.e.f January 12, 2020 up till July 11, 2020. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent on advance notice has given his consent for the same.

Accordingly, the time period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months

effective from January 12, 2020.

The petition stands disposed of.
