% 14.11.2017 Instant Company Petition bearing Co. Pet No.377/2004 is wrongly shown as disposed off. The cause list may be correctly accordingly. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled before the Delhi High court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. It is further stated that pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the parties, in terms of the Settlement Agreement that was signed before the learned Mediator on 22nd September, 2017, the petitioner has received the entire settled amount payable by the respondent.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
