O R D E R

The present Petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking the following reliefs: "i.

Restrain the Respondent Company from terminating the employment of the Petitioner in any manner whatsoever including in the manner contemplated in the Notice dated 03 March 2026 issued by the Respondent Company;

ii.

Restrain the Respondent Company from convening the meeting of the board of directors of Respondent Company on 11 March 2026, as proposed by way of the Notice dated 03 March 2026 issued on behalf of the Respondent Company; iii.

Restrain the Respondent Company from denying access to the Petitioner to his official company email account and official company portals including GitHub and Slack.

Pass ad-interim ex-parte orders in terms of the prayers above;

Learned Senior counsel appearing for the Respondent submits and undertakes that they will not be proceeding with the termination without cause notice dated 03.03.2026 as set out in the reliefs herein above.

In view thereof, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that he seeks to withdraw the present Petition. 4.

He further seeks leave of this Court to preserve him with the liberty to agitate the other reliefs as have been sought for herein and in particular Prayer 3, in such appropriate proceedings as are permissible under the law.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 6.

Accordingly, the present Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
