% 25.01.2019 The writ petitioner seems to be aggrieved by the order of the Additional Commissioner. He states that his remedy of appeal to the Commissioner is available; he claims to be aggrieved by the non-supply of the statement recorded during the course of investigation, which are mentioned in the Show Cause Notice.
This Court is of the opinion that there is no reason for intervention at this stage. The petitioner's grievance with respect to the non-supply or denial of the facts or copies of documents itself is a ground of appeal. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. The writ petition is dismissed.
