The applicant was granted interim protection in this case, after he had had moved an application for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned APP for the State, on instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer (IO), informs the Court that the applicant had joined investigation and is not required for any further custodial interrogation. The learned APP also states that the mobile phone of the applicant herein could not be handed over to the IO, since he has taken a stand from the beginning that he had handed over the mobile phone to one of the officials of the PCR. It is also stated that the charge-sheet has been filed against the co-accused persons. Moreover, the only reason as to why the charge-sheet could not be filed against the present applicant is that his anticipatory bail application has been pending before this Court.

the fact that the applicant was granted interim protection on 20.02.2025 and he has not misused the liberty of interim protection granted to him, the order dated 20.02.2025, granting interim protection to the applicant herein, is made absolute and in event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/I.O concerned on the following terms and conditions:

i) The applicant shall join investigation, as and when called by the concerned IO/SHO and shall remain available on mobile numbers; shared by him with the Police.

ii) The applicant shall not leave NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned IO/SHO and shall also surrender his passport with the Police.

iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make an attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner. iv) In case of change of residential address/contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned I.O/SHO.

The bail application is allowed in the above terms. 5.
