% 17.04.2018 There are two cases pending between the parties, the dispute having arisen out of marital discord.

The guardianship case (GP No.28/2017) is pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North-East District, while HMA Petition No.1014/2017 is pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court for East District, both at Karkardooma Courts Complex.

The respondent, who appears in person with counsel submits, no objection to the prayer for both the cases to be brought before the same court, but insists that the HMA case should move from East District to North-East District. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to this modified prayer.

TR.P.(C.) 8/2018

In these circumstances, HMA Petition No.1014/2017 pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts Complex is withdrawn from that court and is transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North-East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi The transferor court shall send the file, complete in all respects, to the transferee court fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there. The petition and the application filed therewith stand disposed of in above terms.
