1. The settlement agreement dated 20.09.2017 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for both the parties that the parties have amicably resolved and settled all their disputes.

3. The petitioner has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs. 70,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of his all claims.

4. In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of accordingly.

5. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement.

6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that they have deposited a sum of Rs. 87,002/- with the Registry of this Court. In view of the settlement, a sum of Rs. 70,000/- be released in favour of the workman/respondent and the balance amount i.e.,

17,002/- with the interest accrued thereon till date be refunded to the appellant.
