CRL.M.C. 1494/2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 0244/2022, under Sections 354/354B/406/506/34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)/3(1)(s)/3(1)(w) of SC/ST ACT, registered at PS: Gokalpuri, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice. After partly making submissions, learned counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
