By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks the following directions:- "A. Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 12.02.2026 passed by the Learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, in T.P (CRL) No. 10/2026;
B.
Transfer all 14 complaint cases, as detailed in the transfer petition, to any other court of a competent Judicial Magistrate in the South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, other than the court of Ms. Vinerjeet Kaur Sandhu; C.
Pass any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.
