O R D E R

% 17.04.2018 This petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act') has been filed by the petitioner seeking certain interim protection.

I have already proposed to appoint an Arbitrator in ARB.P.53/2018 for adjudication of the disputes between the parties in relation to the Purchase Agreement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same before the Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Act.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file the same before the Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Act.
