The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "(a) issue a writ of mandamus, writ of prohibition and any other writ, order or directions thereby directing the respondents to perform its statutory duties in order to protect the possession of the petitioners' houses from being forcibly dispossessed without adopting due process of law and without being afforded any opportunity of being heard as per law ;

It seems that there are various other alternate remedies available for ventilation of the grievance of the petitioners. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after making brief submissions, seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with further liberty to avail the alternate remedy in accordance with law.

Liberty, so prayed for, is granted.

The instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn along with all pending applications.
