% 24.09.2019 CM APPL. 42937/2019 Vide order dated 01.08.2019 the petitioner was directed to pay a cost of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent within a period of three weeks from the said date conditional to which the delay was to be condoned and the First Appeal No.1090/2018 was to be restored in the file of the NCDRC for disposal of the matter. There is a delay of 27 days when the above application was filed in paying the cost to the respondent. The petitioner filed this application seeking further one week time to pay the cost.

Let the notice of this application be issued to the respondent through all modes including dasti notice through counsel returnable on 01.10.2019 before the Roster Bench and in the meanwhile the petitioner may pay the cost of Rs.50,000/- to the respondent, without prejudice to the rights of the respondent.
