"a) Allow the present petition and set aside the summoning order dated 20.11.2021 passed by the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Negotiable Instruments Act, Central District Tis Hazari Courts in Ct. Cases/310/2020 whereby the petitioner (accused therein) was summoned by the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, and/or; b) Pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of Justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
