The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Issue show cause notice to the Respondent/Contemnor bank officials of respondent bank for the initiation of Contempt of Court Proceedings and punish the Respondent for committing Contempt of court, whereby the respondent may be ordered to be sent to Civil Imprisonment as per provisions of law;

b) Issue appropriate directions to the respondent bank to retune Rs. 20 lakh with @7% from the date of deposit of money till realization as per order dt. 29.08.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 11938/2024 by this Hon'ble Court titled as "Saurav Mohindru vs. Punjab and Sind Bank and Anr."

c) Issue order of cost and damages against the respondent bank; d) Pass any other order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts & circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
