CM(M) 118/2019 & CM APPL. 3546/2019 The petitioner assails the impugned order dated 01.12.2018 of the Court of the learned ADJ-02, South in CS No.9089/2016 vide which the prayer made by the applicant seeking to lead defence evidence was declined with the defence evidence having already been closed on the date of hearing prior to the date 01.12.2018. Before proceeding further, copy of the application that had been filed by the petitioner before the learned trial Court out of which the impugned order dated 01.12.2018 arises be filed.
