The Andhra Bank stood merged with the Union Bank. The petitioner is therefore granted liberty to approach the specific Prevention of MoneyLaundering Act Court [PMLA Court] at Hyderabad and if an application for restitution is filed under Section 8(8) of the PMLA Act, the mortgaged property can be restituted to the petitioner. 2.

The aforesaid is also the submission, on instructions, made by the Enforcement Department.

In view thereof, nothing remains to be adjudicated. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
