W.P.(C) NO.801/2019 & CM APPL. No. 3542/2019 (for interim relief) The petitioner's grievance is in relation to unauthorised installation of security gates in front of the property no. D-29, Satyawati Colony, Ashok Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi.

Counsel appear on behalf of respondents Nos. 1 and 2. Ms. Jyoti Taneja, learned Standing Counsel appears for respondent No. 1 and submits that the corporation has already considered the matter and decided to remove the illegal gate near the subject premises ; and the

removal of the gate is scheduled for 29.01.2019, for which purpose adequate police force has also been requested. A communication dated 24.01.2019 from respondent No. 1 to the concerned SHO in this behalf is shown in court and shared with counsel for the petitioner.

In light of this development, counsel for the petitioner states that his grievance does not survive and he wishes to withdraw the petition. The present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with a direction to the respondents to follow through on the scheduled removal of the security gate in question.
