1. The grievance of the Petitioner is about not being given a posting with the UN Mission.

2. It is seen from the notes on file that the Petitioner was already on UN Mission posting during November, 2019 and this made him ineligible for a second tenure immediately thereafter in December, 2019.

3. In any event, UN Mission postings are not a matter of right and the reasons given by the Respondents in declining to send the Petitioner as part of the UN Mission do not appear to be unreasonable or arbitrary.

4. Accordingly, the petition and the pending application are dismissed. S.MURALIDHAR, J.
