The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a. Allow the instant petition preferred under Section 482 of CrPC and thus quash the captioned FIR No. 0231/2019 dated 29/03/2019 registered at PS New Usmanpur, North East Delhi. b. And to quash the consequential proceedings pending on the file of Court of Ms. Arushi Parwal, MM (Mahila Court -02 at Karkardooma North East, in CR case no. 3903/2023 titled State vs Om Prakash as against the petitioner.

c. Pass any such further order/orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the latter is a senior citizen and is not a resident of Delhi and prays for an exemption from personal appearance through the counsel before the learned Trial Court. 6.

On an application being moved by the learned Counsel for exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner, the learned Trial Court shall decide the same in accordance with law.

Copy of this order be sent to concerned learned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
