A Petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.SD-CRP-000434 dated 21.12.2023 registered at Police Station Chitranjan Park under Section 380 IPC. 4.

Briefly stated, the respondent No. 2 got an FIR dated 21.12.2023 registered against the Petitioner at Police Station Chitranjan Park under Section 380 IPC.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of friends and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. relatives and that they have left with no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 6.

The Complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the accused voluntarily without any force or coercion and the accused has already paid the settled amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to him. The Complainant has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 04.12.2024 already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. The Statement of the parties has been recorded before the learned Joint Registrar. 8.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. SD-CRP-000434 dated 21.12.2023 registered at Police Station Chitranjan Park, for offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the accused. 9.

The Petition stands disposed of.
