The present application filed on behalf of respondent/applicant, under Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers: - "1. Pass and order hereby Directing the Registry to release and disburse to the RESPONDENT The amount deposited by the APPELLANT before the Registry of the Hon'ble High Court, along with any interest accrued thereon, in accordance with the order of this Hon'ble Court and in light of disposal of the appeal i.e., R.F.A101/2012 & CM APPL.-3775/2012; and

2. Pass any other order(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."
