Application is disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 120/2017 Respondent (complainant) and petitioners (accused) have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi on 6th December, 2016 vide Settlement (Annexure B). Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sandeep Kumar. Respondent no.2 submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement arrived at between him and the petitioners before the mediation

centre.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 before the mediation centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No.408/2013 under Sections 452/325/34 IPC registered at police station Palam Village and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
