The hearing is being conducted through hybrid mode. 2.

Having heard the appellant as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the appeal is disposed of, thereby quashing the impugned order dated 29.01.2015 and providing that supply of electricity to the premises of the appellant shall not be disconnected till the final decision by the learned Trial Court. 3.

The appellant, however, shall continue to pay the current demand charges in accordance with the law. The costs of Rs. 2,000/- imposed upon the appellant shall also stand waived. 4.

Accordingly, the benefit which were extended to the appellant vide order dated 26.11.2022 shall continue till the disposal of the matter before the learned Trial Court.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly. This order is passed without prejudice.
