W.P.(C) 365/2018 & CM. No. 1513/2018 Present petition has been listed vide supplementary list on a mentioning made before Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice. It is the submission of Mr. Ajay Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent has not followed the directions of the Monitoring Committee.

Mr. Ajay Arora, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent / North Delhi Municipal Corporation states, impugned action is pursuant to the

directions of the Monitoring Committee appointed by the Supreme Court. He draws my attention to Para 37 of the order dated December 15, 2017 of the Supreme Court in IA. Nos. 93010/2017 and 93007/2017 in W.P.(C) No. 4677/1985 M.C. Mehta v. Union of India & Ors., wherein it has been held that any challenge to the decision of the Monitoring Committee will lie in the Supreme Court.

Mr. Verma seeks to withdraw the petition to approach the Supreme Court.

Noting the submissions made, the petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
