Keeping in view, the averments made in the present petition and the submissions of the counsels for the parties, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to constitute a Committee in terms of letter dated 27.03.2017, within six weeks from the receipt of this order and furnish its recommendation within one week thereafter with regard to seniority and individual claims of Engineering Wing of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
