This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC seeking withdrawal of the present petition being O.M.P. (COMM) 49/2021 on the ground of Settlement Agreement dated 14.03.2024 executed between the parties under Vivad se Vishwas Scheme. 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 14.03.2024 has been placed on record. I have gone through the same. The settlement is in accordance with law. The petitioner undertakes to pay the amount as per the terms of the settlement within a period of one week from today. Only on payment, the other terms and conditions of the settlement shall be valid and binding upon the respondent.

Binding the parties to the terms of Settlement Agreement, the present petition being O.M.P. (COMM) 49/2021 is disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
