% 05.04.2016 Fresh status report has been filed by the State along with the documents. Copy of the same has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender on 3rd December, 2015. As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the bail application with liberty to take appropriate steps before the learned Trial Court for getting the order dated 3rd December, 2015 quashed. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
