% 14.05.2018 The Arbitrator proposed to be appointed by order dated 17th April, 2018 has filed his disclosure statement in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment. I accordingly appoint Justice M.S. Liberhan (Retd. Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court), House No.81, Sector 9-A, Chandigarh, Mobile No.09876696699 as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Purchase Agreement dated 2nd January, 2016. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
