This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent no. 2 & 3, to allow the Petitioner to submit her FMGE application and appear in the FMGE examination pending the issuance of her NEET (UG) 2019 score card and Eligibility Certificate.

b) Direct Respondent No. 1 (NTA) to expedite the issuance of the NEET (UG) 2019 score card to the Petitioner within The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

c) Direct Respondent No. 2 (NMC) to issue a provisional Eligibility Certificate to the Petitioner, enabling her or practice her profession, pending the submission of the NEET score card.

d) Grant interim relief allowing the Petitioner to appear for the FMGE, subject to the condition that her result may be withheld until the completion of the Eligibility Certificate requirements or any other conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit..."

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is a medical degree holder from foreign University and want to appear for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination ("FMGE"), conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences ("NBEMS"). However, the Information Bulletin issued by NBEMS for FMGE, requires mandatory submission of NEET UG Scorecard and the petitioner is unable to find or retrieve her NEET-UG 2019 Scorecard. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the respondent No. 1, namely National Testing Agency ("NTA") has furnished particulars of the petitioner as available in their database, and the same can be perused by this Court to issue directions to treat this order as NEET UG Scorecard.

The respondent No. 1, has filed a counter affidavit mentioning relevant details and particulars of the petitioner, which reads as under:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Accordingly, the respondent No. 3 is directed to treat this Order as a Scorecard for NEET-UG 2019 examination in respect of the petitioner and consequently, the requirement on part of the petitioner to furnish Scorecard of NEET-UG 2019 for FMGE 2026 and also for future FMGE Examinations stands discharged.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications, if any.
