Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of the petition the amount sought has been credited to the account of the petitioner, however, grievance with regard to the interest on the delayed payment is pending.

The writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the eventuality of the petitioner filing a representation claiming interest on the delayed payment within four weeks from today, the respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order expeditiously and preferably within three months of the receipt of the representation. 3.

In the eventuality of the petitioner being found entitled to an amount, the same shall be credited to the account of the petitioner within three weeks thereafter.
