Learned counsel for the petitioner confines her petition to the extent of directing the respondent to adhere to 2015 Policy Allotment Rules. The Clause 9 thereof, reads as under:
"9. The parking space proposed by DDA will be used for parking, so that the transpiration of market can work smoothly."

Even otherwise, the parking space should not be allowed to be used for any other purpose. The allotment of phars over the parking place is bound to create embargo in smooth transportation of the stakeholders. The respondents are directed to adhere to the aforesaid Clause 9 of the 2015 Policy Allotment Rules, so long as the same remains in force. 4.
