% 31.01.2020 The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 09.01.2019 whereby learned Trial Court has granted four weeks interim bail on medical grounds.

Since the interim bail is going to expire on 09.02.2020, therefore, I find no ground to interfere with the impugned order. Without giving opinion on the merit of the petition, the petition is dismissed.
