% 04.03.2020 Pursuant to the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 26.02.2020, DCP Harish H.P. 7th Battalion is present and submits that
regular DCP is on leave since January, 2020 and directions from this Court was not brought to his notice. However, he has assured if any direction is issued by this Court, he is duly bound to comply with the same. Accordingly, his appearance is dispensed with. After some arguments, learned counsels for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present petitions. Permission is granted.
